About the Internship
We are opening a focused internship batch of five for final-year students and fresh graduates who have already started building AI agents and want to test that skill on a real problem.
Rather than rotating through small tasks, the batch works on a single corporate research project from start to finish. You will research the problem, design and build agent workflows, check the quality of what they produce, and present findings to the project stakeholders. The work is real, the data is real, and the output is used by the client.
Interns who perform well may have the opportunity to be onboarded directly by the client at the end of the internship.

What You Will Do
Research & Problem Solving
Break down a real corporate research problem into clear questions, data needs, and deliverables
Find, evaluate, and document reliable data sources, including sources in languages other than English
Record findings with source links so every result can be checked and traced
AI Agent Building
Design and build AI agents for research tasks such as discovery, data extraction, enrichment, and summarization
Write and refine prompts and structured-output schemas using LLM APIs (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, or similar)
Connect agents to web search, documents, spreadsheets, and databases to run multi-step workflows
Keep agents grounded: no guessed data, sources required, and uncertain results flagged for human review
Data Quality & Review
Clean, deduplicate, and validate the data your agents collect
Measure accuracy and coverage, then improve the workflow based on what the numbers show
Review low-confidence records manually before they are used
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain clear notes, SOPs, and code documentation so the work can be continued by others
Share weekly progress updates and present results to the CTO and project stakeholders
Work closely with your batch, reviewing each other's work and sharing what you learn

Who Can Apply
Eligibility
Final-year students or fresh graduates in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field
Available to work on-site in Karachi, 6 days a week (9:30 am – 6:00 pm), for the full internship period
Required Skills
Hands-on experience building AI agents (personal, academic, freelance, or hackathon projects all count)
Working knowledge of Python or JavaScript and calling LLM APIs
Basic understanding of prompt engineering and handling structured data (JSON, CSV, spreadsheets)
Good written and spoken English for research, documentation, and reporting
Curiosity, attention to detail, and the patience to go deep on one problem

Nice to Have
Understanding of any other foreign language (for example Chinese, Arabic, Turkish, or others) is a plus
Experience with agent frameworks or tooling such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, n8n, or MCP
Experience with web scraping, data extraction, or research automation
Familiarity with SQL databases (MySQL / PostgreSQL) and basic web deployment
A GitHub profile or portfolio showing agents you have built
